Benefits

Imagine the cost savings of not having to check traps needlessly. Trips to the client location happen only
when needed The unit Makes money for your organization Clients are thrilled to be actively involved in
solving their animal issues Reduced off hours work Durable Clients feel better knowing technology is
working for them You will never turn down an attic job again !
How it works

The TRACS transmitter attaches to the top of
the live trap near the door mechanism.  The
receiver is then given to the client to place
somewhere in their home where they can
monitor often. I like to put it in the kitchen area
where people tend to congregate.  Then all you
have to do is instruct  the homeowner to check
the receiver  at least once a day and to call you
when the light comes on, that's it !  The TRACS
system can be configured to have multiple
transmitters to one receiver so if you have
multiple traps set the homeowner only has one
receiver to monitor.   Other uses include under
mobile homes, house crawl spaces or areas
that are normally hidden from site (within 150
feet) where the client agrees to monitor the
receiver.

Background

We  have developed a product that will allow WCO trappers to monitor traps  painlessly - we call it "Trapper
Ron's Animal Capture System"  or TRACS for short. What it is -  is a radio transmitter/receiver device that
notifies your client that the live  trap door has been closed.   As you know, for example, trapping in attic
spaces can be very costly and time consuming for the Wildlife Nuisance Control, Operator.  In most cases
the Operator will place a trap on rooftops near the entry point.  This procedure typically has mixed results
and is not the preferred method for trapping animals that reside inside attic spaces. First off, an operator
can never be certain that an animal trapped on the roof is targeted animal and depending on the roof style
setting the trap safely can be hazardous.   The most effective way to trap an animal living in attic spaces to
place a trap inside the attic., This procedure can be very time consuming since  the Operator must schedule

place a trap inside the attic., This procedure can be very time consuming since  the Operator must schedule
time each day to check their traps. Property owners must be home, usually in the evening, operators must
drive to the location, ladders must be hauled into the property and then the WNCO must physically enter the
attic space and visually verify each trap.   Now we know that a lot of trappers do not like trapping in attics
and will actually turn jobs down because it just is not cost effective for them. With this product you will love
taking these jobs because it is actually easier to make money with them.   Legally all live traps must be
checked every 24 hours, so if you have 5 clients that have traps in attics you can imagine how many hours
can be saved by letting your clients monitor the traps for you. I would still recommend that traps be checked
occasionally to insure that the TRACS unit has working batteries.   Imagine how impressed your clients will
be when you show them the state of the art in attic trapping. They will have confidence in your ability plus
they have the assurance that they don't have to make time for you to come into their home every day.
If you had a trapping tool
that could save you money
and pay for itself the very
first time you used it !
